Everyone begins with this 12-week foundational practice – whether individually or as part of a team or organization. It establishes the shared capacities and language that all further Sophraxia training builds upon.
This practice is offered in person, virtually, or through a hybrid format, depending on the setting and student preference.
At its core, the training focuses on slowing down, returning to the present moment, and learning to work within the space between stimulus and response.
